Privacy Policy
Kaizen Collider LLC ("we," "us") operates ColliderOS, an AI-supported leadership operating system (the "Service"). This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your choices.
Information we collect
Account information. When you sign up or log in, we collect your email address and basic profile details. If you sign in with LinkedIn, we receive your name, email address, and profile photo from LinkedIn with your consent.
Content you provide. ColliderOS is built around your input: daily reflections, leadership intentions, weekly summaries, objectives, priorities, and Leader Standard Work entries. This content is stored securely and is visible only to you.
Billing information. When you subscribe, our payment processor (Stripe) collects your payment details directly. We never receive or store your full card number. We store a Stripe customer identifier, a subscription identifier, your plan, your subscription status, and your billing period dates so we can give you access to what you have paid for.
Usage data. We collect standard technical data (device type, browser, pages visited, timestamps) to operate and improve the Service.
How we use your information
We use your information to provide the Service — including generating AI coaching responses to your entries — to maintain your account, history, streaks, and progress, to improve the Service and fix problems, and to communicate with you about your account.
To bill you. We use your subscription record to determine what you have access to, to renew or end your subscription, and to handle refunds and failed payments.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your reflections or coaching content for advertising.
AI processing
Your entries are processed by Anthropic to generate coaching responses. This content is transmitted securely and used solely to generate your response. Under our agreement with Anthropic, your content is not used to train their models.
LinkedIn integration
If you connect your LinkedIn account:
- We request only the permissions needed to authenticate you and, if you choose, to publish posts on your behalf.
- We never post to LinkedIn without your explicit approval. Every post is drafted for your review and published only when you choose to publish it.
- You can disconnect LinkedIn at any time from your profile settings, which revokes our access.
Service providers
We use the following providers to operate the Service. Each processes data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations.
| Provider | Purpose | What it processes |
|---|---|---|
| Anthropic | AI coaching responses | The content of your entries |
| Supabase | Database and authentication | Your account and all your content |
| Vercel | Hosting and delivery | Requests and technical logs |
| Stripe | Payment processing | Your billing details |
| Resend | Transactional email | Your email address |
| Microsoft 365 | Receiving your replies and support requests | Messages you send us and your email address |
| Optional integration | Only if you connect it |
We will update this list when it changes.
Data retention and deletion
We keep your data while your account is active. You may delete your account at any time from your profile page, or by contacting us. When you delete your account we remove your personal data and your content within 30 days, except where we must retain records for legal, tax, or accounting purposes — billing records, for example, are retained as required by law.
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel a subscription billed through a third party; cancel the subscription as well.
Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Contact us to exercise these rights.
International users
The Service is operated from the United States. If you use it from elsewhere, your information is transferred to and processed in the United States.
Security
We use industry-standard safeguards including encryption in transit and at rest, and access controls limiting who can view your data.
Children
The Service is intended for adults and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here with a revised date.
