Refund Policy
The short version
If ColliderOS is not right for you, ask within 30 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full. No form, no explanation required.
Detail
New subscriptions. Request a refund within 30 days of your first charge and we will refund it in full and end your subscription.
Renewals. Subscriptions renew automatically. If a renewal charge catches you by surprise, contact us within 14 days of the charge and we will refund it and cancel. We would rather refund a renewal than keep money from someone who intended to leave.
Cancelling without a refund. You can cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future charges and you keep access through the end of the period you have paid for.
Annual plans. The 30-day window applies to annual plans the same way. After 30 days, an annual plan can be cancelled to prevent renewal, but the current year is not pro-rated.
How to request one. Email ryan@kaizencollider.com from the address on your account. Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Free trial. The trial requires no payment method. Nothing is charged unless you choose to subscribe, so there is nothing to refund.
